Woke at 218.6, down 1.2 from yesterday, but still up 6.4 from my waking weigh in before the Thursday night indulgence. Completed 16:8 IF and went out for a five mile HIIT walk/run. Weighed in at 214.4, same as my post-workout weigh in last night. Ate 3218 calories yesterday to maintain a 750 calorie deficit. So even with the gigantic calorie intake, the weight stayed the same. The jury is still out on this new deal, but I’m sticking with it for the month. Back to work tomorrow for two days but then in Ocean City, Md., for the weekend beginning on Thursday. Will get my workouts in on the boardwalk there, but the food choices are a minefield! Had to choke down 2754 calories today. I’m actually forcing myself to eat at night. Let’s see what the scale shows tomorrow.
