YEA down to 178 - now why didn't you show up yesterday when I logged in my weight!! Oh well was very happy to see the scale finally move!

One more pound to 40 pounds gone!! YEA!! Thought I would never see you. Still amazed that I have lost 39 pounds and ONLY 28 pounds to goal..WOW never thought I would say that. Amazing what can happen when you believe in yourself and make the effort...

Congratulations on 178 !!! Keep believing in yourself and nothing can stop you. When I finally hit 180, and hopefully 179 soon I hope, everyone will probably hear me all over, I'll be so excited to finally break the 180 mark...
