go see this and have a laugh... but honestly read on IIFYM... IIFYM.com (official site) this is just a a funny way to explain IIFYM but u still need to eat 80% whole food and u can eat 20% WTF you want like poptards https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wd8tZiHexPc lol u could eat refine food all day as long as u are in your caloric deficit but you'll feel like crap and you'll be deficient in you're macronutrients but iifym gives you balance in your lifestyle and enfoy food ! you are already tracking food so this should good for you

Your chicken sounds good. So sorry about bulimia. Are you seeing a counselor to help you with that? If you are not it might be a good option as it is a psychological problem.

read "unbearable lightness" by portia de rossi, ellen degenere's wife. she has a lot of insight through her own struggles with food, which is what the book is about. you will love it

Remember, the past is the past. Let it stay there. Today and each new day is another opportunity to notice the good in it and contribute what you can. Do your best to be civil with everyone even an Ex and you have won the day even if you didn't do it as well as you would like. Take good care of yourself for yourself and your family. you may not be seeing yourself and your talents/gifts in the most positive or realistic way if you are dealing with depression. Hoping you use all of your skills to get through the times you find stressful and then along the way notice the times when you feel good. Supporting you.

A nutritionist may help. I found help from a psychologist who specialized in eating disorders... I thought I was crazy, because I could not relate to food like a normal person. I was terrified when I woke up hungry, thinking I was gonna get fat, or never lose weight. I had to learn how to eat... It took many years, and when I stopped dieting, i actually lost weight! Yeah, I know, I am here on fat Secret, but old habits die hard...and I am still learning about myself. Good luck, my friend!
