izzypup68's Journal, 09 October 2015

This week, I had a body composition report done at the gym. It looked beautiful, with everything--muscle mass, BMI, percentage of body fat--all right where I want them to be. The computer even suggested that I gain one pound of fat!

I hung it up on the refrigerator like I had gotten an A+! :)

A few weeks ago, I lowered my goal weight by 5 pounds because I thought that would help me with maintenance. I have not really worked at losing. I have continued to exercise--in fact, I have started a new world of free weights and that is challenging. I have been eating fairly well--keeping my calories in line, but not always choosing the healthiest foods. I am no longer sure that I need to go down 5 more (or 6.2, if you want to get technical :) ). I feel great. I feel strong. I feel healthy. I am going to roll with that for a while and see where it takes me.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Uh, and what were those stats - and your height, too - specifically? You're about at the weight I'm aiming for (I'm 5'5").

OMG - you sound like a model! Oh wait - I looked too fast and thought you weighed only 126. In which case, you would be "Fashionably Thin" (i.e. skeletal). At 146, you are actually at a perfect weight for your height, according to The All-Knowing Health Insurance Charts. Congrats, and are there any pictures? For all we know, you probably do model :)
