I should have exercised yesterday but my back was bothering. Feeling a bit better today. Gonna get back on the horse and take it at a moderate pace. Sure wish there was something I could do to stop eating at 9 PM. Good grief - it's purely mental but so overpowering. Maybe more water and less food.

Drinking more water helped me with that as well as tea.

I also take daily fiber with my drink which surprisingly makes me "feel" fuller.

I've had night terrors for food for 2 weeks now. And the foodeyman came after me and stuffed me with late night food. tonight I am pitting sticky notes on the fridge and cupboard that say "No Eating Now". see if that helps.

Water seems to do the trick for me...if I do eat something I just try to make sure it's on the healthier side of the table. You'll get it one day :)

Water does help, and I am sure Illinois beating the Huskers was not good for you.

I eat carrots and celery after 9 PM, satisfies the mental craving with low calories (H20 as others have said works well also.)

Drinking water, maybe tea, helps with appetite control. Maybe if you brush your teeth that'll help get the taste of food out of your mouth. Eating at night was something I used to to all the time, it was terrible. Ultimately we have to just resist the temptations and break the habit. Now I try and save some calories for later in the day, to allow for a healthy snack.
