Turns out I'm actually properly injured. My rib is either cracked or contused, so I can't do martial arts for about two weeks. Guess I have to eat extra well and be extra nice to myself. I am not liking this. At all.

Had a rib injury myself, just recently. Quite uncomfortable! It's taken 3 weeks to have it become just an occasional twinge. I hope you heal fast!
