Injured myself during training today :/ The ribs on my side/back hurt everytime I flex my abs eg. standing up, bending forward etc. Hope I'll be okay til monday

Ouch! Must have been some pretty intense training! Take it easy -- most of weight loss occurs 'in the kitchen' anyway, so as long as you watch what you eat during your 'sideline' time, you'll be fine!

It's pretty easy to injure oneself during martial arts but usually it's just bruises or joints that hurt for one or two days...
