Missed my initial goal of being 170 lbs by 09/30 by 2 pounds. All in all I am still very please with my progress, 43 lbs since Memorial Day. Friday I turned 60, I can't believe it but I guess my driver's license does not lie.

Everybody please keep up your hard work and sacrifice, it's worth it!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
