Finally lost some more weight this week. My weight swings between 170 and 174 Lbs during the day. Sunday I was bad and had a 1000 calorie greasy hamburger and fries. My question to everyone is could the extra fat have nudge my body off the plateau?
174.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
