Wooohooo! I am under 99 again, weighing in at 98.9 kgs! So does that mean that the boosting of calories for one day is actually doing what i was hoping for? Time will hopefully tell for sure really soon. So far, it's doing as I was hoping for, intending and aiming at. It's so nice to see the weight going down again, and I hope that I soon can announce a new, lowest weigh-in. It's been a long time coming, and I am so eager to keep going and get to a weight where I am truly comfortable.
Also, today I did my 3rd day of Couch2fiveK, and I am so proud to say I ran 6 times 150 meter! This is a total of 900 meters, something completely unheard of from me! I am so damn proud of myself. I even manned up and got out there even if it's raining and not the most motivating weather. I did want to do it, though, even if I could have waited until tomorrow. It meant a lot to me to go today and "get it over with", in the sense that I was eager to do it. :)
I am starting in a new workplace today. Vacation is over, and I am turning a new page in history. I hope this is a good one - though I think it's temporary and I will be back to my old job (which I still do part time) full time again. That's what I want and that's what I hope for and that is what will sooner or later happen, I think. We'll see.
No matter what, I see progress on all fronts, and life is good!

Wow, you are doing your thing on the running, way to go! It is so hard to push yourself when the weather is not good. It had been so hot here lately i kept saying "I'm not gonna walk", but you just have to do it sometimes I guess. Keep up the good work!

Fab news... I do hope your success is because of your calorie boost - that would be great. Well done on the running front. I have just started running, but am not brave enough to attempt a couch to 5k yet.

Woohoo! See, right after you posting, the plateau is over! Well done on the running front. I tried a few weeks ago, once, and gave up. Now doing exercise at home instead. Keep going Keld!

Thanks, guys. @Lara: I was actually amazed how little effort running demands of me. I think my mindset on exercise is still that I am 155 kgs, not 99. I amaze myself every time I do stuff like this, every time I just run up the stairs to go get the thing I forgot, when I drop something (like a piece of paper) on the floor and just go get it. I used to joke around that when I was picking up something from the floor I'd ask anyone if they needed anything from the floor now that I was already down here. lol...

Lol...so glad you can feel a big difference. I have noticed the running up the stairs thing too. It is good fun and I am not breathless anymore.
