Not bad for a couple of days. I am feeling a little strange. I ate ALOT yesterday, and I was still hungry, but today I don't really feel like eating at all. I'm starting to get the feeling that this diet works because you get so sick of the foods your allowed to eat that you just don't eat. I mean, how many eggs can a person really eat, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I am tired of bacon! After only two days. But I am happy with the results and I think I am going to stick with it for a while and see how I feel after I get through the sugar detox phase.

On the bright side, you don't have a lot to lose, so it may be easier to stick with it. When you have 100 pounds to lose, you need a diet that sustainable for the long haul. So keep going!!!

Nice drop! It can get kind of boring eating the same things over and over again. You can try some variety based on the type of diet you're on.
