I HAVE FOUND THRU THIS JOURNEY THAT NOT JUST A LITTLE EXERCISE, BUT A WHOLE LOT IS NEEDED TO LOSE WEIGHT!I'VE BEEN ON SO MANY DIETS, INCLUDING LONG TERM FASTING, BUT IT JUST NEVER SEEMED TO BE A CONSTANT. THIS TIME, IVE BEEN CHALLENGING MYSELF TO EXERCISE EVERY SINGLE MORNING EXCEPT SUNDAYS, AND I'M ACTUALLY ENJOYING MYSELF! I FEEL FIT! MY WEIGHT DROPPED HUGELY BUT I AM ALSO BURNING ANYWHERE BETWEEN 1500-2200 CALORIES EVERY MORNING. I'M FOLLOWING MY DIETARY INTAKE CLOSELY AND ACCURATELY, AND FIGURED IF I LIKE TO EAT AND I LOVE THE TASTE OF FOODS, WHY NOT LIKE HEALTHY FOOD TOO!? NO MORE FAST FOOD, NO MORE SWEETS, LOTS OF VEGGIES AND PROTEIN AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I'VE FELT PRETTY DARN DECENT AND HEALTHY! I WANT TO LIVE!
