This has been a hard journey for me, I like to eat not because of emotional upheaval but because I love the taste of food. When I started working out, I thought a half hour on the treadmill would suffice, it didn't. I'm now working out for 2 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, and burning between 1500 and 2100 calories. Today's workout yielded 2 hrs, 5.8 mph running, 12 miles on level 8 and burned 2125 calories.Then I went out n pulled weeds n mowed the lawn. I'm done today.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.7 lb a week
