Honestly, don't know what else to do because I am eating healthy (and not too much) and I am exercising a great deal - everyday. I am loving my body more and more though, so yeah! I've decided that although the scale is going up, so is my self esteem as I bike, run and swim!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Maybe muscle weight?

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. You may be retaining water from increased exercise. You may still need to track your food to see how much you are eating. But how awesome it is you feel great. The scale is only one tool to measure success.

Good for you on all that exercise. I am wondering if you need a little more food. Sometimes our body stores fat when it thinks its not getting enough. Just a thought.

Great mind set! As we all know muscle weighs more than fat.... SOOOOOOO! you keep doing your activities, regardless to what the scale says! It's making you stronger everyday!

Yrs that was my issue🍷 water weight. I take cellulose by herbal life and the more I drink the more I let it go. Now the scale and I are one accord😉
