I am so PROUD of myself. I gave myself liberrty of eating 2 halves of peanut butter sandwich. And had actually heated up a Chef Boyardee serving...not that I was really hungry....but I don't even know why. But after it was done, I acknowledged what I was doing and STOPPED MYSELF. Yeah!!!! So I opted for hot tea, and then I'm headed to bed.
I even was thinking of not writing down what I ate. But here I am!
Shanna will give me my 30 day workout tomorrow. Interested to see what she will come up from and wondering should I be fearful?? (She is a personal trainer.)
Well, off to bed. Another LONG day tomorrow!!!
