Who knew pregnancy could start with weight LOSS! I'm attempting to use this as a jump start for baby and so far so good!
Next challenge is getting into the habit of approved workouts.
If anyone has any ideas or advice from high risk pregnancies or health journeys in general, don't be shy!

I had one baby during a terrible disease, one within a year after major surgery for that disease, and one had surgery in the middle of pregnancy and lost weight with each one. It was after having them I gained.

I'm Diabetic and am certainly concerned about gaining, so I fuligure if I can lose some before the halfway point, I should be able to control myself after the fact. Hopefully all goes well ;)
