Wow I am so glad to see the scales moving a bit faster !! Thank you to all my F.S. family on here that supports me. It feels GREAT to know I'm not in this alone. Each and everyone of you are special to me. THANK YOU again for all your support. DOWN 3 POUNDS SINCE LAST TUESDAY !
180.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
