BAM!!! I AM 1/2 LB ABOVE MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 185 LBS FOR THIS 14 WEEK CHALLENGE!

My attempt at photo shoot prep cutting even though Navy Std BF calculator says I am still 24% BF. I ate my normal breakfast but intentionally limited my water intake to 1 bottle at work today and only had 2 whey isolate protein drinks made only with water and powder. Result = 2.5 lb in 2 days... and I have not even run today! Pictures are taken, measurements done... time to write my essay and submit... then eat my last 400 calories for the day! I might update my profile picture so you can see my heart surgery scar!
185.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
