Sweet! Officially under 190, my original goal last year... Now for 15 body fat! 2.5 mile run in 32 minutes after a 10 minute walk. avg heart rate was 154 for the run.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
