I am disgusted by my gut. I'll lose 10 lbs on this diet, down to 205, then I'll develop a regimen for continuing eating. I think it will consist of 3 or 4 hand-sized servings on a plate. 1/2 of dessert if it is served--no matter the size. 12 oz wine. Walk at least every other day for an hour.
