Well, time to pay the piper. A week of fun celebrating my birthday back home with friends netted a 2.6 gain. the scary part is that I worked out like crazy while there (2 hours a day of hiking and hot yoga). So the question is, was it worth it? Probably not the right answer but yes it was. I had a terrific time, am back on track, and while it will take this body a month to lose that 2.6, I want to live my life too. I wish I could practice moderation better, but I am trying.
