Nicole Strong Barrett's Journal, 10 September 2015

Today I was at airports and on road for 12 hours. After great day, I sabotaged it with fast food and ice cream. When will I ever stop doing this to myself? Good news is I packed every meal for the next 9 days with a commitment to not eat out.

We all have this problem...that is why we have extra pounds to lose and we just have a hard time not eating what we should. We revert back to "fast food" to comfort ourselves. If only we could break this cycle, we would be thin. I know I need to work on this. You took the first step by making meals to avoid the fast food fix. You can do this.
