You made me laugh well thanks. So far im motivated and it took ALOT to step on the scale this morning i really did not want to. but thanks again.

Pick a sustainable path and follow it.

Are you writing down every thing you eat? Look at the last couple of days before the weight gain and check it against the food list. Do not vary! It really does make a difference!

My problem is i only write food down or log it in is when im doing good and eating well. When i go off diet i just dont write it and i know exactly what let to the gain i just have very little energy to care
