I have been too depressed to journal, but today feels like a great day. My weight is holding steady and it seems like my body is maintaining well around 150 lbs. While this is not my goal weight, I am learning how to maintain and be happy in the now.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

Aww sorry you were down a little...and happy you are back. You have lost over 100 pounds - can you imagine what your body is thinking and doing???? LOL, maintaining is great and I am sure your health is fabulous - so the 10 more pounds is just an arbitrary number you chose earlier. Be happy today - it is what matters most!

You have done a great job of losing. Look how far you have come. We all have "off" days. You have the right attitude about your weight on your journal. Good for you!
