I did not want to wake up this morning and work out. I tried to talk myself out of it, I just wanted to go back to sleep, but I made myself wake up. I thought about all of things I need to do this evening and it motivated me to get up and get my T25 done. I can do 25 mins, even if I'm tired at least I'm getting something done. The bonus of waking up early for the workout too is that I can make my breakfast and eat it in peace before anyone else is up. :)

I have decided that I'm going to weigh in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the next couple of weeks and see if there's a trend to my gains and losses. Monday I had a gain, today I had a loss, so we'll see how it goes. I've been feeling pretty good this week, so hopefully it will be a steady week. I need to work on my eating too and that would help, along with the workouts. I've gotten pretty lax in what I'm eating and I can tell in my belly because I'm more bloated. Dinner is still my struggle, but I'm trying to do better. Right now with the late dinner schedule it's harder because we want something faster, but I'm working on a plan for pre-made meals.

Well, not much else for me today. Have a great day!!

Same here!! I get up at five and walk about 4 miles. I so didn't want to get up but I live in the Caribbean (tropics) everything is green and lush and beautiful so the thought of seeing the sun rise along with my cousin gave me that extra push to get up.

It occurred to me yesterday that your name is an anagram for 'Army', which made me think of their slogan, "Army Strong". You are both 'Army' strong AND 'Mary' strong!! I know you will soon figure out a way to apply the discipline of your workout routine to your WOE.
