Its going to be fine. You have already taken the first step of wanting to get up after falling down. It just one bump on the long journey to the you that you want to be. Don't dwell on it too much - use it as a catalyst to do better and whenever you crave remind yourself that you have already indulged enough for the rest of the month. You can do it! Go be great!

You need to come to the bottom of why you did that. Think about the reasoning behind your binge, why you decided to eat 5 doughnuts in under 5 minutes even though you planned things and why you feel the need to scoff them. I can't say it's going to be ok. I don't know if it will be. You are the one to decide if it will be or not. You either want to lose the weight or you want to stay at where you are. It's not a "best of both worlds" scenario. You also need to work on the emotional side of things - the why, the how. Not just planning food. It's a tough journey and I have total sympathy for you, but you also need to man up and take responsibility for your actions. You can be great however, you can be. Of that I have no doubt. You can do it, you just have to WANT to do it. Hugs. Dust yourself off and focus from now on. It's a bump in the road. You can either go over it and hope you don't hit it again, or bulldoze (most likely chisel) it and make sure you never hit it again, or feed it and turn it into a mountain.

Personally I feel its ok, dont judge yourself because of what happened....look at your progress and how far you've come, you know you are capable...What defines us is how we rise after we fall :) im pretty sure you'll get to where you want to be

One of the biggest problems we face is how we perceive our "failure"- we punish ourselves and feel bad. The way to think is unless you're training for the Olympics, allow yourself some leeway, obviously if you find yourself "failing" every now and then, then pre-plan your thought process. Think of the positive response to an outcome, like envisioning crossing the finish line in a race. The more you repeat this process, the more you gain control until it becomes habit. On a lighter side, I am now staaaaarving and all I can think about is donuts!! Lol! Go easy on yourself, you'll be fine :)

THanx for the replies guys. @sunikan i keep telling myself that "if you really want to you can do it" but its an endless battle of a type of split personality where the one end i feel like i can accomplish ANYTHING and then other side i feel like i dont "Deserve" it.... F-d up i know :( im craving heavy today but im really picturing myself on the "Beach" the whole time and try to surround myself with "good vibes" i look at one "Transformation" video on youtube at least once a day cauz i find that that really helps. but u right. i need to man up dude. no easy way out :( but im seeing a phsycologyst too to help with emosional issues.

5 donuts in 10 mins? You eat fast, next time eat slower, enjoy every bite and by the time you finished your first donut you will remember your weight loss efforts.1 donut can be counted as a snack and won't ruin your diet day.

MissT I looked at your food calendar and see no entries for August? You mentioned that you were "craving heavy". How much did you exercise and how much did you eat the day before you got these cravings? And I assume its cravings for carbs and not protein?

MissT2309 you must get into the habit of recording every food item you eat on your Food Diary. This alone will put your mind into a state of awareness and help you avoid the bad stuff to keep you on track. Don't worry about people looking at how much you eat, we are all here for weight loss goals and understand that some of us consume alot. Nothing to be embarrassed about.

Well done on seeing someone to help you. People often head out only to lose weight and not change their mind-set. You're already winning just because you've taken that step. Now let's do this. I had to give myself a stern talking-to as well as I've let go. Busy sorting out that nonsense and I'm already feeling more in control. Ensure you eat enough fats, as that will kerb the cravings. I'm right here and rooting for you. Yes, sometimes it's tough love, but in the end we want to look rocking in our bikinis.
