I'm 35 years old and have two children (one born July 2009, the other December 2011). I never struggled with my weight until I went overseas to au-pair and ended up gaining 16kg in 16 weeks. From there it's been an endless struggle to lose.
The highest my weight has been (post babies) was 83kg. I'm trying to get back to my 'comfort zone' which is between 70 and 72kg. Being married definately does bring up the kilos... But it's time to lose them again. If I can reach pre-married weight again I'd be extatic! That's 69kg.
I'd like to fit back into a size 10 jeans (or comfortably in a size 36 will be fine too). I have cancelled my gym contract as with two kiddies in the house it's too difficult to get there. So I'm always looking for ways to incorporate my children into our excercise. It also teaches them to be active.
I eat clean. I eat raw where possible - which is not really that much as I "gril". I eat free range if affordable. There is no price to be put on health.
Food should heal you and grow you, not kill you.

Finish weight: Who knows and quite honestly I don't really care.
