Went camping on the weekend, and I ate horribly...yesterday I ate like I am not dieting and today I had 4 greasy tacos for breakfast...I am starting to panic, I have my drs appt next Tuesday and I am supposed to weight 18lbs less 😭 but overalls I have followed my diet very very well, for the past 3 weeks I have kept my calories under 1000... but I think I should have lost more by now!! Any advise? What am I doing wrong?Help!!!

If you do not eat on your plan, it makes it so very hard. Do you drink lots of water and walk for exercise? Those two things could help move you along.

I do, I drink too much water, (I was even thinking I may even be retaining water) but do not excersice much, with kids on vacation and a 10 month old it's so hard to find the time to do it...

With HCB.... walk. Take the kids on little journeys in the park and woods. Move in anyway you can. Some say exercise doesn't help with weight loss. That's how I began. Walking on a treadmill and saw a gradual loss, then changed my diet. It can be done.

Thanks for the advise guys...I have been walking and today I was 1 lb less, not what I expected but at least it's less. Hopefully I will do well at my drs appt.

Also I forgot to mention...I have 2 scales that definitely are not helping, a digital and one of the not digital ones...and for some reason in the digital one I weight 10 lbs more... For example this morning I weighed 217 in the digital one and 207 in the other one...Ive been going by the 217 one... But I wish I knew which one is right

Next Tuesday when you have your drs appt go home and weigh yourself on both scales and see which one is closest to the drs and use that one. Also eating too few calories can cause your body to react in the opposite way you want so be careful about consuming too few and too many. I worked with a nutritionist last year and they told me that too few can be as harmful as too many sticking between 1400-1600 is what they said to aim for.
