Yay! I get to watch the little 2 year old for the next three days!! Diet wise that might mean a disaster but I have a plan.

I roasted some boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, and will make green salads to round out the different meals. Plus, I am doing low calorie today to make it a semi alternate day to offset any extra calories tomorrow. Thought I would put it in writing to help me stick to this path. After the three days, I will make more adjustments if needed.

Hopefully, she will be her usual active self and I will burn calories and fat just keeping up with her! Supposed to be nice weather so outdoor fun is predicted!

yes, they don't have the calorie burnt (in the exercises) for chasing and playing with children, and I do lots of that, I would think like 300 or more per hour...

Thank you Blaze013, monkitita, wholefoodnut, and Tamarah Jo! We did have a lot of fun. The six year old decided not to go to Y today so he could have fun with us. I take that as a compliment! Love it! Not many kids would rather stay with their Nana and cousin rather than be with friends playing basketball, etc. He wants to be with us tomorrow but Friday is pool day at the Y! I only have a booster seat in the car, not a full seat for the youngest. But my DD yard is just like a playground. It has a huge swing set/fort/pirates/monkeybars/rock climber/steering wheel/etc. Really decked out swing set. She has a large fenced in trampoline, and this thingy the kids throw balls at, etc. Kids decided it was too hot to play outside long so we played hide in seek, etc.

After grownups got off work, we all went to the local fair. Lots of fun. Not too much food. Lots of wonderful walking! I am one tired Nana now!

Thank you wholefoodnut and Tamarah Jo! Yes it was fun the last two days. Tomorrow will be my last day with her for a long while. Her regular baby sitter that lives close to them was on vacation this week. I treasure these times!
