Back to tracking food again this week. I wasn't "bad" last week, although I certainly ate more calories than I should have -- but with the FODMAP diet, there's so little you can eat when you're out and about that it's much harder to get into trouble. I was at a family birthday party on Saturday evening, and the only things I could eat were the meat and the veggies. Even the potato salad was off limits thanks to sour cream. Who puts sour cream in potato salad? I brought my own dessert -- a fresh berry crumble -- and it was such a success with everyone that I had to send the recipe around yesterday. I'm going to make another one, but this time I'm using hazelnut flour instead of almond because I think I have to stop eating so much almond stuff. It's always something.
