For some reason weighing in weekly just slipped by me the last couple of weeks. So, this weight loss is really over 2 weeks. But, It's losing!!! And that what counts! I hope every one is doing well. I haven't really Journaled in a while but maybe I can sit down soon and catch up! Have a wonderful day on the mountain y'all.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
