I'm doing my best to contain my exitement. I'm so happy that I seem to have broken through this past plateu that has been mildy frustrating me for the past two weeks. I haven't even had the opportunity to go to the gym since Monday which I thought was going to keep me held back longer but, thankfully I was wrong. I can't wait to see how much progress I make over this next week after I catch up on working out over this three day weekend. I'm putting in at least an hour on the eliptical each day for the next three days so I can keep the momentum going in a forward direction. Be prepared in the next couple of days for jubilant ramblings in all caps when I finally break the 200 barrier.
