Today I had an emotional day as it was back to work from my vacation and we just found out principals, counselors, teachers and secretaries have all be moved to other schools and we're getting a whole different administration. I work in a middle school setting.

And you know, for me, as an emotional eater I tend to want sweets to comfort my emotional pain and so I went and bought diet green tea citrus flavor - no calories and no carbs! Haha! I think I out smarted my brain. Anyway, even though all I ate today was protein and the Atkins frozen meal tray I still ended up going over my carbs intake (just for today though). I don't know how that happened but I did. I didn't cheat it was all in the meats that I ate today. Maybe I ate too much, but calorie counter sure says I barely even tipped the 1200 calorie count so I don't what happened.

And I did spend an hour at the gym today! 30 minutes on the treadmill, inclined, fast pace and 30 minutes of weight training. Legs today. Yes my inner thighs and gluts are sore.
