So yesterday I didn't write in a journal, but today I thought I should. I messed up today as I didn't eat every two to three hours like I have been so when I came home from work I was starving and I ate noodles. Yep, I know. At least I own up to it though. I did good in the morning and at lunch with my Atkins breakfast bowl and my garden salad with my chicken breast, but I usually have another frozen meal thrown in there somewhere during the day so that I am not starving like I was. But today was so busy I didn't have time to chow down another mini-meal.

But I did kill it in the gym again today. Not that it makes up for my crash, but another 30 minutes at incline, fast pace on the treadmill and I'm getting faster soon I'll be able to jog on it!! And another thirty minutes weight lifting. I worked arms today only because I don't like my flabby triceps so that part of my arms hurt. But I'm toning up! Woot-woot!
