No explanation for this 4 lbs total scale loss... other than it is 8:20 PM and I have not eaten since 12, save a clif builder bar and water at 4 PM.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nope... ate mexican again for lunch and was trying to figure out how to estimate cals! Heathier than previous mex linches... shrimp, chicken, broccoli and cauliflower over bed of mexican rice... only ate 1/2 cup of the rice... and only 1 serving of chips vs my normal chip binge-ing... normally dont eat chips so this was akin to a cheat!

CK you are doing great my friend, and I can agree one of my weakness is good Mexican food. One owner of a restaurant that I frequent mother told me you can judge how good the food will be by how the salsa and chips are. He makes his chips and salsa fresh daily. Chips sometimes come out fresh from the fryer.

The key is limiting myself to 14 chips... at about 1c40 cals... I usually eat double that!
