Didn't do so hot over the weekend. I really need to work on my emotional eating habits. I didn't track, however I think I stayed under my calorie goals, but ate total junk. But today is a new day, and I've kicked it off with a protein shake and a boot camp workout with my fancy new heart rate monitor. Turns out I've been estimating calories burned pretty accurately! 300 in 30 minutes isn't half bad, and my heart rate was right around 80% of my max for the majority. Here's to a great week!

An idea for you. Sometimes I also find the emotional eating issue however, it's hard to have it be bad if say you munching on frozen mushed banana as ice cream r peanut butter and apples or celery. Make it healthiful and you'll feel better about it all around. Or head out for a walk when you feel it happening and that helps to.
