I have been up and down this week when it comes to eating. Last night, I over-indulged at game night. I won't go into the sordid details, but I ate WAY more than I am used to, although spread out over hours and hours. Good choices early in the day were blown away by the pie, beer, and chips. Ugh! We did have a great time, playing a game called Bang!, chatting and laughing.

Worked hard at the gym again this morning. I have started a weight challenge at the gym this month and I got off to a great start this weekend. I have also been pushing myself on cardio. I guess I feel like I had better work harder so that I can make up for some poor eating.

I know, that key is to eat better. :)

We ALL (skinny, overweight, fitness fanatics, low-carbers, clean eaters, vegans, etc.) overindulge on occasion . . . but putting it behind you and getting right back on plan is the best/quickest way to remedy and overcome (i.e., treating it as a temporary blip on the radar vs. on incoming storm system).
