Dang vacation weeks go by too fast!!
Exercise will start my day: TRX video before I get side tracked. Mowing the grass in bits and pieces, it's already hot and humid and the temp higher than predicted, at least we have a breeze.
I need to get organized for the week ahead, clean out the dreaded frig, do a bit of prep cooking, and get my haircut. So a busy day ahead, though a late start as I fell back to sleep after starting my coffee @ 6 woke up after 8.
Decided to freeze that ham, have eaten too much of it the past week. Nitrates...not a good thing for me.
