8:30 quitting for the day. Exercise was 30 min TRX workout done, over 1,000 steps for the day makes just over 70,000 for the week and a day to go. Not much for eating--some leftover ham and potatoes. Lots of water.

It's hard to believe it's already August. We had 100 degree heat index and orange ozone alerts so it was an indoor day for me. I need to get the grass mowed tomorrow no matter what.

I've gotten the ceiling paint in the kitchen touched up and the tape is down, some sockets and light switches replaced, amazing what a difference getting those done made. It's really making me want to get it finished all the way. Doesn't seem like a lot but time consuming. Add in a few chores and I'm tired.
