Day 39. Oatmeal, blueberries and egg breakfast and lunch is packed and ready.. NO WALK this morning. I had a very difficult time getting to sleep last night. No caffeine late , no tea etc. Anyway, today is my 13 hour day at work. Tomorrow is my day off. I will be getting in all my exercise early as the afternoon monsoon season has begun in South Florida. I actually missed not working out this morning. That is a good sign. Eye on the prize! Have a great Saturday all!
