Day 40!! Wow it has been a great ride so far!! Sunday fun day. Oatmeal blueberry and banana breakfast. I am out replenishing food for the upcoming week. Slept in til 9 am then did my 3 mile walk in 1 hour. Ran into an old friend at BJ's Wholesale Club and first thing out of his mouth was "Looks like you have lost some weight!" Great positive reinforcement . YES! remember everyone ONE DAY AT A TIME! In it to win it! Eye on the prize! Have a GREAT Sunday everyone!
