Happy...Happy... Happy....with this weeks weight, Has been a good week...made it through Picnic's/ cookouts....and got a family reunion coming up....Have learned to carry pork rinds in my pocketbook....and to cook without tasting...I am getting excited about being in the 100's again...Getting close....Thanks to all for your encouragement...God Bless...
