Journal-ing is pretty much 'thinking out aloud' and formalising my eating plan for the week / day for me. Firstly, I've re-set my goal weight to reflect my immediate short-term goal. Right now set to get to pre-pregnancy weight. Once I'm there I'll set my next short term goal. It just seems much more attainable and focused this way! Secondly, fast days this week likely to be later in the week (thinking Thursday or Friday and Sunday). A few days of travel, birthday etc coming up, so impossible to fast. Have a happy and healthy week everyone! Let's do this.

I find journaling helps me focus and solve problems or simply make decisions I may be waffling on. I've really never done it consistently before this journey. It also helps me plan my day with other things besides WOE and exercise, my WOE and exercise also have to fit in with the rest of my life. I figure it's mine so say whatever I want. If someone wants to comment that is terrific, if not it's ok also.

Journalling with a public profile and writing your weekly goals makes you more accountable to the community, your buddies and yourself. I say just do whatever works for you :)

Definitely good Glen! It has helped me face some demons, by actually posting it it is getting it out there instead of always just internalizing it and others comments have shown me other ways of looking at them. It was long past time to throw those demons away.
