Well, has this week been interesting. Couldn't walk the beginning of the week because we got more rain. Rainiest summer I've ever seen in Oklahoma. Then when it finally quit raining, it got very very hot. But then we had an emergency at work I had to solve! Took me two days to solve and it was so easy! I just couldn't see the forest for the trees! I was concentrating on one section of code when if I had compared it with the section above I would have easily seen the mistake! I didn't write the code but the guy that did left, so its my job now. But at least it got me more familiar with it! So anyway, still haven't been able to walk. Today I am decorating two birthday cakes for my grandsons. Baked and did prep work yesterday. One is a movie film theme cause the older one wants to produce movies. The other is batman arkham city. I'll try to post pics. So we have the double birthday party today, then a picnic for some of our church workers. Haven't had time to work on my low carb dessert recipes. And now I have to really get to work on my competition cakes for the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show in October. Time for the end of planning and actually working on the entries. I am planning on a holiday cake, a small wedding cake, a grand national wedding cake, decorated cookies, a tasting entry, and a royal icing decoration, (monograms). I did about the same number last year but I was so sick. This year I feel great! So I plan on doing so much better!
