Annabelle3117's Journal, 21 July 2015

Good morning buddies. Finally got my pool time in yesterday. No fitbit in the pool so I'm sure my steps and calorie burn should be higher for yesterday.

Still feeling burnt out, exhausted and anxious. I'm going through the motions of daily life but not really enjoying much. Hard to eat enough or plan meals when my options are so limited. It takes it's toll on ya.

My daughter has a volleyball clinic at the gym this morning so I'm going to get my workout in while she's busy with that. Maybe it will help put a little pep back in my step. I wish I could get to the bottom of what is really causing this funk that I'm in. Perhaps a compilation of many things.

No bike rides in the near future, and that's disappointing. My SUV had some brake issues over the weekend and now it's in the shop. The caliper froze up, for the millionth time. I've had this replaced under warranty so many times already. So I'm driving my mom's mini van, very much missing the bike rack on my vehicle, but grateful my mom had a spare vehicle to loan me, otherwise I'd really be hurting.

Class tonight, a quiz. Maybe getting out of dodge for a while will help too. Gotta get over this hump. Have a great day buddies!

Stuff has a tendency to sneak up on you and all begins to spiral out of control. Tough to stop it when our minds are going in overdrive. Maybe focus on one thing that is a stressor. One thing at a time. (((Yolanda)))
