Yikes! (I blew it!) Relatives came over, and wanted to eat out...Guess where? Yep,:) you probably guessed it...We ate at an "All You Can Eat" Chinese restaurant. I latter looked up the average calories that one normally takes in at the AYCECR...The average calories that one eats at a AYCE Chinese Restaurant is-about 2,599 to 3,500 Cal. I think that I ate at least 2,700 Cal. Can you believe It? OMG! Yikes!
I was not going to tell you all about this, but, I felt that I had to be honest to you-my accountability Buddies! I think I have gained weight, but, I refuse to get on the scale. I ate a corn beef the next day, which is full of salt! So tomorrow, I join the gym, and exercise the weight off. I promise to weigh in on Tuesday. :)~ G.B.~Ann

I think its impossible to eat right at a chines buffet! I love them but everything has sugar, carbs, sodium, calories, yummy flavor! I don't even eat much when I go but I know I overdo everything even with a little. Once in a great while is ok. We all need a day of rest from the diet, as long as it doesn't throw us under the bus! I have gotten very good at being able to splurge even one meal then be ok. I thankfully haven't gotten into a situation where I can't stop. Of course I rely a lot on God's help!
