Hi Everyone!I am doing fine. I now have to push my self to eat more. My brain isn't working as well. Yikes! I will listen to my body. :) It is nice to be in this position-({have}eat more!) Yum....I am going for a muffin! :)~Blessings~Ann

Unfortunately, I was given a huge fresh zucchini and made zucchini bread, which I binge-ate until I had eaten 3/4 of it in two days!

I just want a kitchen so I can really cook again. There are recipes for low carb everything out there i think I pinned 100 or more yesterday. Good for you ANN listening is key!
