Yes..I am a very fast walker..for races try to come in in the 14 minute mile range..and of course run across the finish line...I can walk faster than a lot of people can run...

race walking is something everyone can do...practice..practice..I met mu husband 15 years ago and walking a mile for me than would have been unthinkable...now 6.2 miles daily is my norm...and the thinner you are the easier it is..and overeating the night before ain't an option..that is wrong in my opinion with these folks on this site who have binge days..or whatever the hell they are doing...just will not work if you want to have any quality of life..its like saying..I am just gonna get food drunk periodically...drunks are drunks ..whether is alcohol or drugs or food...bad career path...
