Mini Challenge - 1914 + 64 fl oz + scheduled exercise (Bat Wings Be Gone II challenge and cardio T and Th) = 1 month of sheer success!

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - kind of lost my mind. Friday was pure junk food binge, nothing more, nothing less. Saturday we had huge brunch at home (so good!) and grilled out with friends (lots of veggies!) and I just relaxed and was not planning the game ahead of time - ahead of me stuffing food in my face when I was not hungry, just cause other people were doing it. Sunday - I really should not have eaten the chips. But went with the - my plate looks too bare with just a hot dog with chili, onions, and mustard....it needs the chips on the plate to balance it out. Smidge of banana pudding (my fav) and tinier smidge of chocolate delight (didn't want to hurt feelings at the church gathering!). Or I could have done without the hot dog bun. But it was oh so good!!!!

It just amazes me how the calories add up so quickly - no matter what you eat!

I did get my water in last night - just before bed. So I did 1/2 my challenge! ;0)

Back to work today. When I work in our main office, I'm a work-o-holic, who takes my 1 hour lunch break and watchs Netflix movies. But I work late...and usually prefer to do so because it's quiet and I can seem to get more done. But I've got to learn to stop doing that...I'm going to burn out my motivation too quickly if not careful.

It is definately hard to stay on track at function lunches. I am proud you didn"t go back for seconds and moderated your other snacks. Over 10 lbs down. You are doing awesome!
