My low before this was 164.5.
Yesterday I was at 168 something but that was all water weight because I had some cherries and raspberries the night before.
Started my fat fast yesterday, I am feeling great! I could actually tell the difference last night! I feel like I have been trudging through water the last few weeks w/o any really weight loss to show. Even though I have been pretty diligent to stick with it. So I figured a kick start wouldn't hurt. 150's here I come!
163.8 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
